What was built
Review and renegotiation of standing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and vendor agreements with the largest cost-line vendors.
The problem
AMCs had been renewing without a scope review or a comparison with the market.
The approach
Reviewed each contract, compared it with the market, and renegotiated scope and price with each incumbent vendor rather than changing vendors.
The outcome
AED 200K+ saved a year with the same vendors.
