What services do you actually offer?
Three areas, all backed by 17+ years of automotive and fleet work, including a 500+ vehicle fleet in Dubai: (1) fleet & operations consulting, including cost reduction, KPI frameworks, vendor contract restructuring, and compliance audits; (2) digital products, including websites, internal dashboards, AI assistants, and automation systems built around real operational workflows; (3) senior fleet/operations roles for hire across the UAE & GCC.
General
Do you work outside the UAE?
Based in Dubai, UAE, and open to work across the GCC. Remote consulting and digital projects (websites, SaaS, dashboards, AI tools) are available globally; operational reviews and on-site fleet audits typically need to be regional.
How quickly will you respond?
Within 24 hours on business days for any inbound message via the contact form, WhatsApp or email. Discovery-call requests are usually scheduled inside 48 hours.
Consulting
How does pricing work?
It depends on the engagement. Fleet operational reviews are scoped per project and quoted after a free 30-min discovery call. Recurring advisory is typically a monthly retainer. Digital builds (websites, dashboards, AI tools) are fixed-price per phase. There is no rate card; every quote follows a real conversation about scope.
How long does a fleet review take?
Typical scoping: a focused fleet operational review (cost-per-km baseline, vendor contracts audit, KPI gaps) takes 2 to 4 weeks of part-time engagement. A full transformation programme runs over several months, with measurable monthly milestones.

Are you available for senior in-house roles?

Calculators
Are the calculator tools really free?
Yes. Every calculator on this site is free to use, no signup required. They use the same fleet-cost methodology I apply on real engagements, useful for benchmarking and pricing decisions whether you ever work with me or not.
Privacy
How do you handle commercially sensitive data?
Anything shared during a discovery or engagement, including fleet sizes, vendor rates, internal cost structures, and headcount, is treated as confidential by default and never reproduced in case studies, blog posts or marketing without explicit written consent. NDAs are signed when requested.
