The challenge
Rental and lease customers across several UAE branches needed vehicles that were available, safe and ready on time.
Where it started
Vehicle availability, downtime, maintenance cost and accident cases all had to be tracked across branches and corporate lease customers.

What I did
As quality controller, then vehicle dispatcher, then fleet and lease operations supervisor:
- Inspected and road-tested vehicles before release
- Dispatched vehicles against live reservations
- Monitored utilisation, downtime and maintenance cost per vehicle
- Handled accident and insurance claims from report to repair
How it ran
Monthly KPI reporting on utilisation, downtime and maintenance cost per vehicle, with quality checks before every vehicle returned to service.
The results
Branches had a monthly view of fleet performance, and accident claims were handled end to end.
