Anum OS terms of service

These terms apply to Anum OS, a business operations platform: one command center to run your whole company. Anum OS is built and operated by Shahzeb Rahman under his Abu Dhabi trade licence. It includes the web app at https://app.anum360os.com and the desktop, iOS and Android apps, which use the same account.

By using Anum OS you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Anum OS.

Anum OS is for businesses and their staff. Staff may use it only when the workspace owner invites them.

You agree that you will not:

• post, store or share unlawful content;
• send spam;
• break the terms of any social platform you connect.

When you connect TikTok, you must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The same applies to the terms of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.

You are responsible for the content you post through Anum OS. The data your company enters belongs to your company's workspace.

Anum OS publishes nothing to a social account without approval. The workspace owner must approve each post before it is sent or published.

Anum OS is provided “as is”. We run it with reasonable care, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for Anum OS in the last 12 months. If you paid no fees, there is no amount owed.

We may suspend an account or workspace that misuses Anum OS or breaks these terms.

The Anum OS Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, including TikTok data.

We will post any change on this page and update the effective date at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates.
