Anum OS privacy policy

1. Who we are
Anum OS is a business operations platform: one command center to run your whole company. It is built and operated by Shahzeb Rahman under his Abu Dhabi trade licence. In this policy, “ANUM”, “we” and “us” mean Anum OS and its operator.
This policy covers the Anum OS web app at https://app.anum360os.com and the Anum OS desktop, iOS and Android apps, which use the same account. Anum OS is hosted on Oracle Cloud servers.
2. Your account
You sign in through ANUM's own identity service (Keycloak). We store your name and email address. You can turn on two-factor sign-in.
3. Workspace data
The data a company enters belongs to that company's workspace. This includes tasks, approvals, files, messages and knowledge. Each workspace is kept separate from every other workspace.
4. Connected social media accounts
In Marketing, a workspace owner may connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube accounts. Each account is connected through that platform's official login.
- Access tokens are stored encrypted.
- Tokens are never shown to anyone.
- Tokens are refreshed when needed.
- Tokens are revoked when the owner disconnects the account.
5. TikTok data
Anum OS uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API. We use each permission only as described here.
- user.info.basic: used only to show which TikTok account is connected. We read the open id, display name and avatar.
- video.upload: sends a video that the team created and the owner approved to the creator's TikTok inbox as a draft.
- video.publish: posts an approved video at the scheduled time. This is used only after TikTok approves the app.
- video.list: reads the views, likes, comments and shares of videos posted from Anum OS. We use these figures for the weekly report.
Nothing is posted to TikTok without the owner's approval.
We do not:
- read private messages, followers lists or other people's content;
- sell any data;
- use TikTok data for advertising;
- use TikTok data to train AI models.
6. How long we keep TikTok data
- TikTok data is kept only while the account is connected.
- Disconnecting the account removes its tokens.
- Stored post statistics are deleted on request, or when the workspace is deleted.
- You can also remove the app's access in TikTok: open Settings, then Security and permissions, then Manage app permissions.
7. AI features
AI features process the workspace's own content to draft text. AI providers receive only what is needed for the request.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data;
- correct your data;
- delete your data;
- export your data.
You can download or delete your data inside Anum OS in Settings, then Privacy. You can also email us.
9. Changes to this policy
We will post any change on this page and update the effective date at the top.
